If I don't like my proof am I obligated to have cards printed?
  Absolutely not. The proof is completely free of commitment.
What type of paper will my postcards be printed on?
  We use a 110 lb premium coated matte cardstock.
Can I submit my files on a CD or DVD?
  We strongly suggest uploading your files to ensure maximum speed. If you are unable to upload, we can have a messenger pick up your disc for an additional $10 charge.
Are you going to stick your logo on the back of my postcards?
  No. We don't believe in that nonsense.
What are the delivery boundaries?
  Delivery is free up to 100th Street in Manhattan. Above 100th, a $35 surcharge applies to the order because we have to send a van messenger instead of a bike messenger.
Is your service available outside of Manhattan?
  Our prices and guarantees are set up specifically for Manhattan. But please contact us to discuss special arrangements if you are not in the city and would like to use our service.
What if I have a custom size?
  In order to maximize production speed, we only offer our preset sizes.
What if I turn in my files after noon?
  We can't guarantee that you will get a proof until the following day, depending on how many files we have received for that day's production. But we do promise to try our hardest. Let us know your time constraints when you upload and we will call to discuss them. We specialize in miraculous turnarounds.
What if I need my postcards same day?
  Let us know when you submit your files about any out-of-the-ordinary time requirements that you have. Due to physical constraints, we cannot guarantee a turnaround faster than the following morning. That said, sometimes it is possible and we're never against giving it a shot.
What if I don't want to see a proof?
  We highly recommend that you see a proof. Sometimes things don't print the way you expect.
Do you offer discounts for larger quantity orders?
  Unfortunately not. Due to the technology we use to produce postcards, our costs are much more expensive than a traditional offset printer, and they don't go down per card even in very large quantites. If you do need a large quantity of postcards and have the time to wait (usually about a week for the whole process) then we recommend that you have your cards printed with a traditional offset printer. Our service is designed fom the ground up exclusively for people whose deadline does not allow for offset printing.
Are you open on the weekend?
  We only deliver proofs during the week, but if your files are ready, go ahead and upload them so that we can have a proof ready to messenger on Monday morning.
What if I make a mistake and have to resubmit a file?
  There will be a $10 messenger fee as well as a delay of your order to allow for us to redo the proof. Also, please let us know what you are changing if you are submitting corrections. We often do an internal round of tweaks to your file - if you resubmit a file without knowing what you are trying to fix, we won't know which of our adjustments to repeat or omit. For example: we print a grey that seems too light, so we darken it in your file and send you a proof... then you see that the grey is still too light for your taste and darken your original image and resend... not knowing what you were trying to achieve, we won't know how to print it.
